Once a wig has been purchased, we are unable to refund the wig due to possible contaminations to our patients being vulnerable and implications regarding the health conditions we are dealing with.

Once a tag has been removed or the wig has been cut / coloured the wig is non-refundable.

If your find a wig and you would like it coloured that is done at the customer’s own risk. We cannot refund the wig once this has been done.

Colour work is an extra cost on top of the wig.

Upon purchasing of the wig, you will need to pay a deposit for the wig, which is usually half the value of the wig, which is non-refundable.

Washing of the wig, Christos Hair Group will show you how to do the first wash for free only once. After if you would like it washed and dried that would be an extra cost.

Referrals are funding from the NHS that goes towards the cost of your wig if the balance is more than the referral you must cover the cost yourself or go to the NHS to ask for more funding towards the wig.

Wigs are only held for 2 weeks then returned.
